When our clients built their home, they always knew they wanted to complete it with a covered outdoor living area. The biggest challenge was finding a company that could bring their vision to life.

Our clients wanted the structure to sit higher than a standard pergola, allowing it to align seamlessly with the home and remain almost invisible when viewed from inside. They also wanted the structure engineered to support a hanging egg chair – an important feature that would become their favourite place to relax.

The outdoor area also needed to provide greater privacy from the street and neighbouring property. A Ziptrak blind was incorporated into the design, providing privacy while also helping create a more sheltered, dry area for their outdoor furniture.
